About me:

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Parent and Family Coach who has been working with individuals and families for many years to help them make the changes they desire to lead happier, more fulfilling lives.  I have worked as a parent educator for more than 20 years encouraging parents to fill their parenting "tool belts" and supporting families through the transitions that are inherent in a growing family.

I have been married for 28 years and am the mother of three daughters ages 13 to 22.

I have a passion for inspiring parents to see the challenges of parenting as a wonderful and valuable gift that they will give their children for a lifetime. It's the "hardest job in the world" and I want to empower families to be the best that they can be.
