Greetings!,

It's November! My favorite month because it's the month of GRATITUDE! Here's my challenge to you...go big or go home!  Make your practice of gratitude with your kids BIG this month!

• Put up gratitude quotes for kids who can read;
• Put up pictures of good deeds for younger ones;
• Talk about what you're each grateful for at dinner or at bedtime daily;
• Express gratitude every chance you get;
• Tell stories of kind things you've done or others have done for you;
• Make lists, draw pictures or write stories about all of the things and people for whom you are grateful;
• Start a gratitude journal - for yourself and with your kids;

Even if you do just one or two of these gratitude practices you will see more good stuff happen in your life.  No kidding..."gratitude is the great multiplier!"  What you are grateful for will multiply in your life.
